COLOUR Deep carmine red. TASTING NOTES Nose of morello cherry in brandy “cerise à l’eau de vie”. Fine ripe cherry taste nearly cooked, with some notes of skin and of the bitterness of stone nearly almond.
TIPS One of my favourite uses is to mix it with MONIN Dark Chocolate sauce as a black forest dessert drink. APPLICATIONS
