MONIN offers specially designed and calibrated pumps for our 700 ml flavourings, for our 1 Liter flavourings and for our 1.89 liter sauces. Our standard flavouring pumps dispense 10 ml while our sauce pumps dispense 15 ml.

MONIN syrup does not need refrigeration.

Shelf life after opening depends on storing conditions and if a pump is used. Avoid high humidity, heat and sunlight as much as possible.

Most Classic syrups have a shelf life of 3 years. Some flavours have a shelf life of 18 months.

This may be caused by any naturally occurring fruit oils, pulp or pectin contained in the MONIN fruit flavouring. This should dissolve once shaken and is not a cause of concern.

Mixing some naturally tart flavours with milk (especially hot milk) may be tricky. Please view our Usage Tips in the Recipe menu.
