Make your own flavoured vinegar with MONIN ! To make a tasteful balsamic sauce use :50 cl balsamic vinegar10 cl MONIN Blackcurrant liqueur3 cl Le Fruit de MONIN Red Berries Heat the mix in a pan until it reduces to half the original quantity.You can season your classic Bloody Mary with this concoction but you can of course also use it in culinary applications.
